School Holidays Nationally are classed as High Season with 5 night minimum stays.


Low season minimum nights on Hamilton Island are 4 night say minimum.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival.

    Booking modifications are possible subject to availability. Changes made at least 30 days before arrival are usually accommodated without penalty. Contact our support team to discuss your options.

  • How do refunds work?
